Justin has been working as a NHLPA agent for the past 25 years. As a honors graduate in business management from the University of North Dakota where he played for the Fighting Sioux for four years, Justin went on to play professional hockey for the next seven years. During his playing career where he played in the NHL, AHL, ECHL and across Europe he brings his knowledge as a player into the player representing business. Having successfully negotiated hundreds of contracts and well over 100 Million dollars he lends his experiences to closely work with families and players to Achieve their goals in their playing career.
Starting with just a single client in 1999, Justin has built Achieve Sports Management as one of the most recognized hockey management companies in the industry. Families and players alike always know that all members of Achieve Sports Management’s team will provide correct guidance and understanding of the ever so important question; “What is our next step?”

Doug Shepherd
NHLPA Certified Agent | Family Advisor
Doug has been advising players and families for over 10 years. His clients have had success in various professional leagues as well as the CHL and the NCAA. He holds a BSc. from RPI (Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) where he was a Senior Assistant Captain, Academic All American, and one of the leaders in all time games played for the NCAA Division 1 hockey team.
Following College, Doug played Minor Pro hockey in North America and Europe and coached at the Major Junior and CIS levels. He spent a number of years scouting for the AHL's Manitoba Moose and has been instrumental in the development of many young players.
Doug has been a Skating and Development coach for many professional and amateur players including several NHL stars. He has also previously worked in a development capacity with the NHL's Winnipeg Jets.
Allan Andrews

Player Development | Family Advising
Allan has been coaching at the minor hockey, High School and Jr levels since 1960 where he began his coaching career as Director of minor hockey for the town of Kensington. He has helped develop players such as former Toronto maple leaf captain Rick Vaive, Bob Stewart, Brad Richards, Sidney Crosby and many others who have gone on to professional, university and Jr. Careers.
Allan has a Physical Educational Degree from the University of New Brunswick where he played varsity hockey under former NHLer Pete Kelly and Dr. Bill MacGillivray. He also earned an Athletic Distinction award while at UNB. He also has an education Degree from the University of PEI. Allan has level 5 and advanced level certificates from Hockey Canada, an Olympic Solidarity certificate from Stockholm Sweden, and a Masters coaching certificate from Hockey USA.
His work in hockey research, particularly in the area of Hockey Skating is recognized world wide. Allan's career experience includes Director of Elementary Physical Education for the City of Charlottetown 1962-65 and Provincial Youth Coordinator for the Youth, Recreation and Sport Division, and PEI Department of Education 1969-1985. Allan has been a member of the National Advisory Committee for Fitness and Amateur Sport for the federal sport minister, International Board member for Allied Youth, a founding board member for The Christian Council of Reconciliation for Canadian Penitentiaries, and a member of Canada Games Mission staff for Summer and Winter Games. In 1988 Allan was nominated by CBC's Scott Russell for an Atlantic Insight award for Innovation and was the winner in the Sports and Medicine Category. Allan presently spends his time scouting, developing and providing hockey and educational opportunities for young hockey players from throughout the hockey world.
